Gorgeous Vintage Large 18K puffy heart pendant set with a centre heart cut natural Aquamarine. This is such a stunning piece. It can be worn reversed for a plain heart look, two pendants in one! Weighs a luxe 4.3 grams. Measures 37 mm high with bail, 25 mm without by 23 mm wide and 4 mm thick. Large triangular bail is 10 x 7 mm. Natural heart cut Aquamarine is 6 x 6 mm. Tested 18K. My gemmologist tested the stone as natural Aquamarine. In overall good vintage condition, no major dents or scratches just light surface wear.
