Refund policy

Each piece is carefully described, photographed and tested prior to listing. As all items are one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged or has been misrepresented in the listing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Instagram. We will assess the situation and do our best to make it right.

Antique & Vintage Pieces Please be aware that antique and vintage jewellery is preloved and may show signs of light wear consistent with age. This will always be noted in the product description and does not constitute misrepresentation.
