Our Promise
Jewellery buying should be fun - I truly want to help you find your dream piece.
Every item at TEZOR is carefully tested, weighed, measured, meticulously described and photographed before listing. Rest assured, if an item arrives damaged or misrepresented, I will do my best to make it right.
All pieces are checked and tested by a certified jeweller and gemmologist. Jewellery containing stones valued over AUD $3,500 are provided with a professional Valuation Certificate stating the overall value, metal details, and the individual clarity, cut and weight of each stone.
For items not supplied with a valuation clients may request one for an additional cost of AUD $150.
Please understand that Antique and Vintage pieces are preloved and may show light signs of wear - this will always be described in the listing.

Worldwide shipping is offered at cost. Please see the section below which applies to your country.
At check-out you will find multiple shipping options, please choose the one that is right for you.
If you wish to insure an item over AUD $2K internationally, please contact me directly as this will need to be organised with a third-party jewellery insurer.
All items shipped uninsured are the responsibility of the client.
Please note: shipping costs do not include import taxes that may be incurred within the destination country, which is the responsibility of the buyer.

Layaway & Payment Plans
TEZOR offers flexible payment options to help you secure your dream piece.
PayPal Pay Later
Available on all items pending client approval. PayPal offers a 6-week payment plan processed automatically at checkout. Items are shipped upfront upon payment confirmation.
TEZOR Private Layaway Plans
Available on items valued at AUD $1000 and above. To arrange a private layaway plan, please contact us directly via Instagram.
Available plan lengths:
- 6 weeks
- 8 weeks
The plan length offered is determined by the price of the item.
Deposit & Instalments
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upfront to secure the item. The remaining balance is divided into three equal instalments, paid on dates outlined in your personalised payment plan. Please ensure payments are made promptly and on time.
Late payments more than 3 days late will incur a late fee of 10% of the instalment amount. Failure to pay within 7 days of a due date will result in termination of the layaway plan and the item will be relisted for sale.
The 30% deposit is non-refundable in all cases of cancellation or termination. Any balance paid beyond the deposit will be refunded in full.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days of layaway completion. Where adjustments or customisation are required, please allow up to 10 business days.
