Medium 9CT Sputnik, made 1968. Weighs a luxe 4.3 grams.Measures 21 mm high with bail, 16 mm without by 16mm wide. Large round bail is 6 mm. Stamped with English makers mark S& W, 9, 375 n (for year 1968). Tested 9CT.In overall fabulous vintage condition, some wear to stones. Visible under magnification. I could not find another in this heavy weight online!
